Job Description
Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient 24×7 operation of AI/GPU data center facilities and mission-critical infrastructure.
Lead facilities operations covering electrical power, HVAC, CDU, liquid cooling systems, environmental monitoring, and other critical infrastructure.
Manage daily facilities operations, incidents, changes, maintenance activities, capacity planning, vendors, and operational risks.
Ensure infrastructure availability, redundancy, and compliance with operational, safety, and maintenance procedures.
Manage power and cooling capacity to support high-density GPU computing environments.
Coordinate closely with IT/GPU operations, engineering teams, vendors, and OEM support teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational reliability, efficiency, and service-level objectives.
Requirements7–10 years of experience in mission-critical data center operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading data center facilities operations.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical critical infrastructure.
Hands‑on understanding of data center power, cooling, HVAC, UPS, generators, and related critical systems.
Experience managing 24×7 operations, incidents, maintenance, capacity, vendors, and operational risks.
Working knowledge of high‑density liquid‑cooled AI/HPC data center environments.
Experience working with critical facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, or data center environments.
English is a must, both written and spoken.
Strong leadership, communication, incident management, and problem‑solving skills.
Willing to work in a 24×7 operational environment and support on‑call/shift requirements when required.
