- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT Infrastructure support experience.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Net App and Commvault.
- Experience in AWS cloud operations and ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of Indonesia IT regulations.
- Experience managing infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration initiatives.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Support servers, storage, virtualization, backup and cybersecurity platforms.
- Maintain network connectivity and workplace technology services.
- Manage incidents, requests and changes following ITIL.
- Support AWS cloud operations and disaster recovery activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia IT regulations.
