INTIKOM is Hiring for Database Administrator Scope of Work
- Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Administer and support Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) environments, including OS lifecycle management.
- Perform patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation to ensure security compliance.
- Manage storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, backup, and restore operations.
- Monitor and optimize virtualization platforms, infrastructure performance, and capacity planning.
- Support Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) operations and infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot issues, and provide performance reporting.
- Prepare and support Disaster Recovery (DRC) testing activities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, system administration, or related roles.
- Strong experience in managing physical and virtual servers using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
- Proficient in Windows Server and Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Hands‑on experience in patch management, server hardening, and vulnerability management.
- Knowledge of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, backup, and recovery solutions.
- Experience with virtualization management, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Data Center and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Relevant certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, or similar) are a plus.
