- Develop project plans based on business requirements and available resources to ensure clear and targeted project development.
- Direct projects by monitoring project status to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Recommend resource allocation, scope of work, and responsibilities of involved parties to ensure adequate resources that support project execution.
- Coordinate with all business units and project managers from each unit to identify and analyze needs related to troubleshooting and application quality testing.
- Prepare and maintain documentation records related to business projects to ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare routine reports for stakeholders and management to keep them informed on project progress.
- Analyze issues reported by stakeholders regarding application system problems.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues in accordance with standard operating procedures within the defined SLA.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related fields.
- Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in Banking Application Development or Implementation.
- Understanding of banking industry regulations and business processes.
- Understanding of the application system frameworks used in banking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge and understanding of banking Information Technology.
