PMO - Data Center

We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Office) professional to support project execution within our data center operations. This role will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting are carried out effectively and in line with established standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment, supporting multiple ongoing projects.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for data center projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Assist in coordinating meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure project data is accurate and up to date in PMO tools or systems
• Support compliance with internal project governance, standards, and procedures
• Assist project managers in identifying issues and following up on action items

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project administration
• Exposure to infrastructure, construction, IT, or data center projects is an advantage
• Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
