SAP Group Reporting Functional Consultant

Month/Year-End Consolidation Process Support (Period-End Close Support):

• Assisting users in running the Consolidation Monitor and Data Monitor.
• Resolving errors or warnings during the data collection process from subsidiary entities.
• Overcoming obstacles in the Currency Translation process and Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR).

2. Consolidation Master Data Maintenance (Master Data Management):

• Adding or modifying consolidation-specific master data such as Financial Statement (FS) Items, Consolidation Units, and Consolidation Groups.
• Ensuring the mapping from local General Ledger (GL) accounts to consolidation accounts (FS Items) runs properly.
• Adjusting or creating new rules (BAdI/configuration) for the elimination process (Elimination Rules), such as investment elimination or intercompany payable-receivable elimination.
• Adjusting financial consolidation reports based on new matrices or hierarchies according to changes in organizational/company structure.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

5+ years of proven experience with SAP functional GR modules, including collaboration with cross-functional technical teams to deliver efficient business process enhancements.

Completion of at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

Proven experience partnering effectively with integration managers and business partners.

Proactive, hands-on self-starter capable of resolving complex technical problems.

Strong team leadership and engagement skills, with excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.

Solid working knowledge of business and computer systems and software.
