UI​/UX Designer; Hybrid

Understand user needs, business objectives, and stakeholder requirements to develop effective design solutions

Analyze user journeys, pain points, and existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

Translate business requirements into structured user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

Identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements to enhance the user experience

Map client workflows and operational processes before developing design solutions

Simplify complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences

Identify business process bottlenecks and translate them into effective digital solutions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
• Proficient in Figma
• Strong understanding of:
• User Flows
• Design Systems
• Responsive Design
• Accessibility and WCAG guidelines
• A portfolio demonstrating design process, rationale, and problem-solving approach, rather than just final UI designs.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and improve
• Ability to critically evaluate product requirements and user needs
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Open to feedback and iterative design reviews.

• Experience designing digital products in SaaS, ERP, CRM, logistics, or e-commerce
• Experience designing dashboards or operational systems
• Familiarity with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and business objectives.
