Japanese Speaker HRGA - Manufacture; Food

The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

Our client is a Japanese Food Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker HRGA Staff.

• Handle Japanese foreign worker's work permits and related documentation
• Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, restaurants, and other requirements
• Manage accommodation and related arrangements, including apartments, cars, drivers, and mobile phones
• Provide Japanese-Indonesian translation and interpretation support
• Maintain and organize company business licenses and related documents
• Coordinate and support company events
• Handle Head Office General Affairs administration, including purchase orders, office supplies, and other administrative matters
• Other tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Business level of Japanese (N3) and conversational level of English
• Have 3 years of experience as HRGA, Administration, Japanese Interpreter in Japanese companies
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills
