About the job Project Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) - Cilincing
Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance processes to ensure compliance and smooth entry/exit. Manage daily accounts, record-keeping, and financial reporting related to the Automotive account. Serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, customs agents, and client representatives. Track key project performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly status reports. Maintain regular, clear communications in Mandarin to fulfill client and partner requirements.
Key responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance processes to ensure compliance and smooth entry/exit
- Manage daily accounts, record-keeping, and financial reporting related to the Geely account
- Serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, customs agents, and client representatives
- Track key project performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly status reports
- Maintain regular, clear communications in Mandarin to fulfill client and partner requirements
- Full professional fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Experience in account management, record keeping, and financial tracking is a plus point
- Exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office suite for data handling and reporting
