Contract Management - SPX Express (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and modify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents involving the company.
• Maintain a contract database and manage versions of executed contracts.
• Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal implications related to the company's business activities.
• Provide legal advice to management and relevant departments regarding legal compliance, risks, and business strategies.
• Draft and review legal matters such as confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding, cooperation agreements, and others.
• Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and appropriate.
• Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations in its day-to-day operations.
• Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a legal officer in a company or law firm.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Skilled and experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of applicable logistics company laws, contracts and regulations.
• Good analytical skills in understanding and interpreting legal documents.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work under time pressure.
• Knowledge of regulations and laws related to the company's industry.
• Willing to be placement in South Jakarta.
