Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of activation projects and events.
- Coordinate operational planning with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and area PICs (Persons in Charge).
- Develop execution flows, project timelines, workback schedules, and project tracking systems.
- Ensure execution readiness across production, logistics, manpower, and on-site operations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify operational risks while managing issues effectively.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Support post-event/activation evaluation processes, documentation, and continuous improvement planning.
