Leader Warehouse / PIC Gudang Senior / SPV / Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management or inventory control roles.
• Experience as an Inventory Team Leader and/or Inventory/Stock Controller.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure maximum item availability across approximately 20 outlets.
• Guarantee on‑time arrival of procured items.
• Plan production and maintain buffer stocks.
• Minimize food waste and control Food & Beverage costs.
• Oversee warehouse and outlet operations concerning wastage, pilferage, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Monitor cost of sales in all F&B outlets to keep within budget.
• Identify weaknesses in F&B controls and propose improvements.
• Participate in stock‑taking activities at restaurants.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to resolve supply‑chain issues.
