- ** Job Description Summary :
** Responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure optimal product availability, inventory efficiency, and alignment between demand and supply. This role drives the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures effective forecasting, planning, and execution to support business objectives while maintaining service levels and cost efficiency.

** Job Description :
*** End to End Supply Chain Owner
* Leads and manages the S & OP process to meet customer service and cost objectives
* Represents the S & OP team on the board
* Communicates S & OP decisions to operational level
* Enforce adherence to the process and decisions made by the team
* Accountable for Weekly Plan / Final Decision on Weekly meeting
* Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
* Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
* As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm.
* Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotes are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
* Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
* Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
* Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
** Job Requirement :
*** Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
* Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
* Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Consumer Goods industries is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
* Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and supply chain planning.
* Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume operational environment.
