Department Operations Level Experienced  (Individual Contributor)
Location Jakarta The  Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Monitor and track the movement/transfer of Karung in operations, conveyor spare parts in ASM, and fleet warehouse spare parts in MMInvestigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues related to Karung in operations, conveyor spare parts in ASM, and fleet warehouse spare parts in MM.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage lost or damaged Karung in operations, conveyor spare parts in ASM, and fleet warehouse spare parts in MM, with proper documentation and timely follow-up.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any major

Minimal 2 years of working experience in a related field

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Experience in forecasting and supply chain management is preferred

Proficiency in Excel/google sheet is essential
