Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain a 12‑month rolling demand forecast incorporating market intelligence such as promotions, phase in/phase out activities, new product launches, and discontinuations from Sales and Marketing teams.
- Review and challenge forecast assumptions as needed.
- Convert demand plans into supply plans to support order placement with principals.
- Balance demand and supply requirements across omni channels, including product allocation and inventory rebalancing when required.
- Align supply plans with demand forecasts to minimize shortages and excess inventory, especially during new launches, production constraints, or unexpected demand spikes.
- Monitor and manage slow moving and obsolete inventory while driving corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify business risks and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Perform historical sales analysis and data cleansing to establish reliable statistical baseline forecasts.
- Prepare monthly forecasting files, S&OP reports, and KPI reports.
- Support demand and supply planning meetings, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree holders; fresh graduates who have completed their thesis and are no longer attending classes are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Detail oriented, well structured, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Fast learner, proactive, agile, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience using trackers, Excel, and regulatory databases.
- Strong interest in luxury beauty brands and the cosmetics industry.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
