E-Commerce Supply Chain Intern: Inventory & Ops

Job opportunity for E-Commerce Supply Chain Intern at The Originote in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Support weekly and monthly inventory reporting
• Update promotional campaign details and coordinate with warehouse operations
• Maintain and update affiliate product order tagging data
• Conduct research on the latest marketplace platform policies and regulations, then summarize key updates for the operations team
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks related to supply chain activities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
• Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory management, or e-commerce operations (through coursework, projects, or certifications is a plus)
• Familiar with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
• Experience using Order Management Systems (OMS) is an advantage
