Broker Assistant; Implant), Customs Clearance

Responsibilities

• Handle licensing activities, including BAPETEN, medical devices (Alkes), equipment permits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the backup person for BAPETEN and LS licensing processes to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with government authorities and appointed government agents regarding licensing and regulatory matters.
• Prepare and process Surat Keterangan Bebas (SKB) documentation and related requirements.
• Create and process VR and VO requests to KSO Indonesia.
• Prepare and submit license applications and supporting documents for permits such as BAPETEN, Alkes, and other required licenses.
• Maintain and regularly update the BAPETEN license tracker to ensure accurate monitoring of license status, validity, and renewal timelines.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in transportation, supply chain, and logistics.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a transportation company.
• Good understanding of regulation related to customs procedures in Indonesia.
• Good understanding of BLFC (Basic Logistics Freight Forwarding) knowledge.
• PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) certificate holder is an advantage.
• Ability to initiate problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills (prioritization, planning, assignment, and control) & strong analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
