Position: C.I.S (STAFF CUSTOMER INFORMATION SERVICES) STAFF
Location: Jakarta Selatan

Staff C.I.S will working together with Team QC, Logistic, Production, Marketing & Purchasing. The priority job is maintaining delivery process (finish good) to customer based on Purchase Order request customer . The location work is Gedung Cibis Nine, South Jakarta.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor in Industrial Engineering/Management Transportation Logistic/any field with last GPA 3.00 from reputable University in Indonesia

Fresh graduates with strong analytical data is welcome to apply

Experience maximum 3 years in PPIC/Demand Planner/Logistic Administration in cosmetic, F&B, Pharmaceuticals Manufactures

Expert in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Familiar with data analysis;
Pivot Table, Data Graph, Vlook Up, Hlook Up is a MUST

Familiar with ERP System is a value, WMS System

Fluent in English

Have good management time skills, able to work multitasking

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing schedule project clients from purchase order until delivery finish goods
Managing schedule of packaging materials by clients (coordination directly with clients).
Monitoring ERP purchase order management
Compile main data for each customer
Checking and recap report by daily from the production schedule
Collect & report the amount of delivery & total sales (daily, weekly, monthly)
Routine follow up to related division (Production, Logistic, PPIC, Marketing, etc.) based on WMS system in the real time
