Position: Inventory Control (Fashion/Garment)
Location: Jakarta Barat

  • Monitor all inventory movements, including inbound, outbound, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory against system records through regular cycle counts and stock opname.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with related departments to resolve stock variances.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages, overstock, and excess inventory.
  • Analyze inventory conditions, including slow-moving, dead stock, and aging stock.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse, Purchasing, PPIC, Production, Quality Control, and Finance teams regarding inventory activities.
  • Ensure inventory management complies with company SOPs, including the implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Support internal and external audits related to inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse, Logistics, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management processes, including stock movement, stock opname, cycle count, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic data analysis).
  • Experienced in using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to analyze inventory discrepancies, slow-moving items, dead stock, and inventory aging.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
