Matcha Talent is seeking an EXIM & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end export-import operations in Indonesia, overseeing international shipping, and cross-border regulatory compliance. You will coordinate finance, procurement, and warehouse teams while liaising with Mandarin-speaking HQ stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Logistics, 5–7 years in EXIM, 3+ years in management, and strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), plus fluency in English and Mandarin.
