Demand Planning Staff (Fresh Graduate

As a Demand Planning Staff, you will support the end-to-end demand planning process by ensuring accurate order alignment with forecasts, maintaining data in our ERP system, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep supply chain operations running smoothly. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right products are available at the right time, helping the business meet operational and sales objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• 0–1 year of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in inventory or operations is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Index Match; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, MRP) is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make sound decisions under time pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams including Buyer, Logistics, and Operation

• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts
• Monitor stock levels daily to ensure we have enough products for our customers
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and forecast accuracy for the team
• Assist in coordinating with the Sales team to get updates on upcoming promotions
• Support the Supply Chain team in identifying slow-moving or overstock items
• Update and maintain the planning database to ensure all data is clean and ready
• Help prepare documentation and data for the monthly Sales & Operations meetings
