Demand Supply Planning Intern

This role involves maintaining data integrity for our Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) model, executing Purchase Requisition s (PRs), managing all essential supply-related documentation, and serving as the primary coordinator for inventory, replenishment, and shipment matters. • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated strong foundational knowledge of supply chain concepts, with a keen interest in logistics and distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, such as sumif and lookups

• Prior internship experience in a Supply Chain field is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast focus on quality in all work.

• Manage and compile accurate data for Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) model creation, focusing on achieving optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize write-offs.
• Generate and process Purchase Requisition s (PRs) for all raw material and packaging purchases supplied directly to warehouses and stores, coordinating all necessary information from relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver all requested supply planning reports.
• Manage all essential documentation, paperwork, and administrative support related to supply planning, inventory, and replenishment processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison, maintaining effective communication and coordination with internal and external parties regarding inventory, replenishment, and shipment-related issues.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate critical updates promptly to the direct supervisor.
