• Analyze supply needs based on purchasing requests to source the right goods or services.
• Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing, quantities, and contracts to ensure competitive prices and value.
• Process procurement by creating purchase orders and monitoring delivery times to meet service level agreements.
• Foster positive relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
• Review and evaluate purchasing processes and vendor/contract performance to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with administrative requirements for purchasing operations to achieve operational excellence.

• Has bachelor degree in Economic, Business Management, Governance of Commerce
• 1 - 2 years experience in Procurement field
• Strong knowledge about supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, procurement software
• Have ability in Microsoft Office, Cost Analysis
