Shipping Operation Senior

Manage and monitor daily shipping operations, including schedules, shipments, cargo movements, and operational costs. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agents, customers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agents, customers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation and ensure proper administrative records
• Understand and apply shipping Incoterms, customs procedures, and relevant shipping & logistics regulations
• Monitor shipment progress, follow up on operational issues, and provide timely updates to supervisors

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Shipping, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, port agency, or a related industry

Good understanding of shipping/logistics processes and documentation, with strong communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and solve operational issues effectively
