Export Import Specialist

Managing end-to-end export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin and customs declarations

Preparing and submitting customs clearance documents and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws

Coordinating with customs brokers, shipping agents, freight forwarders and other logistics partners to facilitate smooth cargo movement

Monitoring shipment status and tracking goods through the supply chain, providing timely updates to internal teams and clients

Calculating and processing duties, taxes and other import/export needs, ensuring accurate cost assessments

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export/import operations or customs clearance within the manufacturing, transport or logistics sector

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, international trade agreements and HS classification systems

Strong proficiency in export/import documentation and familiarity with customs management systems and software

Excellent understanding of Incoterms and international payment methods such as letters of credit and documentary collections

Proven experience in managing relationships with customs authorities, shipping companies and freight forwarders
