About the Role:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Import Export Staff specializing in PIB drafting and documentation. In this role, you will handle data entry, process customs declarations, and manage end-to-end import/export documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and process PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and other customs declarations using the CIESA system.
Prepare, verify, and manage export-import documentation including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and vendor invoices.
Perform accurate data input and maintain detailed Excel tracking sheets for all shipments.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.
Handle administrative logistics workflows with a high degree of precision.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations.
Proficient in operating the CIESA customs system; holding a PPJK certificate is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English is required (spoken, written, and reading comprehension) as the interview process and daily office communication are conducted in English.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word

Deep understanding of customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and a high level of data input accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
