General Affair Supervisor

Manage office facilities, maintenance, and company assets to ensure proper condition and utilization

Handle purchasing and procurement of office and operational needs, including vendor coordination and inventory control

Monitor and control GA operational budgets and expenses

Coordinate office relocation and other GA-related projects, including logistics, vendors, contractors, and building management

Manage operational transportation and coordinate company warehouse activities

Plan and coordinate company events, including gathering, outing, entertainment, and CSR matters

Coordinate company permits, licenses, legal administration, and expatriate-related administrative matters

Supervise the GA team and prepare reports related to GA activities, purchasing, inventory, assets, and operational expenses

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, with supervisory experience preferred

Experience in purchasing/procurement, facility management, asset management, and office operations

Experience in office relocation/project coordination is highly preferred

Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel

Good command of english is preferred

Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Willing to travel or visit company sites, warehouses, and vendors when required
