Export Import Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Export Import Supervisor to manage and ensure smooth Export & Import operations
, including customs clearance, documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end Import & Export activities
, including shipment planning, documentation, and customs clearance.

Ensure all EXIM processes comply with applicable customs, trade, BPOM, and other regulatory requirements
.

Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, suppliers, and relevant government agencies
.

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, and other related departments to ensure smooth import-export operations.

Monitor shipment schedules, lead times, and resolve operational issues.

Review and ensure accuracy of EXIM documentation
, including invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, and related documents.

Monitor import/export costs and identify opportunities for process and cost efficiency.

Maintain accurate EXIM records and prepare regular reports.

Support improvement of EXIM processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Export Import/EXIM
, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, supplement, or distribution industry.

Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import/export documentation, and international shipping
.

Familiar with PPJK, customs clearance, HS Code, PIB/PEB
, and relevant import/export regulations.

Good understanding of BPOM and other applicable regulatory requirements
.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Good leadership skills and ability to develop others.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
.

Good command of English
, both written and verbal.
