Coordinate freight pickup, documentation, and delivery processes.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and accurate record-keeping.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.

Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding preferred.

Experience handle NVOCC.

Strong understanding of EXIM regulations and documentation processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software; PPJK license is a plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
