Buyer Document Export Import

This role involves managing the complete purchase and sales process, from price quotation through administrative preparation to invoice control, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. The position requires expertise in import-export procedures and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations, and includes responsibility for coordinating shipment schedules, container arrivals, vendor production schedules, and import planning.

Execute purchase and sales processes, including price quotation, administrative preparation, and control of invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading

Demonstrate proficiency in import-export procedures and documentation according to applicable regulations

Arrange shipment schedules, container arrivals, vendor production schedules, and import planning

Analyse and develop effective and efficient purchasing and sales strategies

Build and maintain good relationships with partners and suppliers

Ensure successful completion of export and import shipments

Monitor and actively supervise field activities related to export and import operations

Coordinate effectively with customs brokers (PPJK), customers, and business partners

Prepare import-export goods release documentation

Calculate cost of goods sold (HPP) for products

Minimum 5 years of experience in the field

Experience in the manufacturing industry, not as a freight forwarder or customs broker company

Good understanding of export and import regulations and licences

Good understanding of export-import activities, international trade, taxation, goods transportation, and logistics

Understanding of HS codes and customs regulations

Fluent communication with foreign relations

Proficient in computer use (MS Office: Word, Excel and Accurate)

Detail-oriented, thorough, hardworking and mobile
