• Oversee daily ocean export and import operations, including bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, customs coordination, and final delivery.
• Drive digital transformation and optimize the Freight Management System to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Lead annual and spot-market carrier negotiations to secure competitive freight rates, space allocations, and flexible contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, international customs policies, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage the operational budget and profit and loss performance of the Ocean Export and Import division.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and improve gross margins.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of ocean import and export teams, including managers and supervisors.
• Establish and monitor measurable departmental Key Performance Indicators focused on accuracy, response time, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or International Business
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 8-10 years of progressive operational experience in ocean freight forwarding or Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carrier management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing both export and import ocean trade lanes
• Driver Licence:
  No specific requirement
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary
• Bonus or commission based on basic salary and company performance
• Medical reimbursement: 80% of each claim, with an annual limit of 2 times the basic monthly salary, renewed every January
