Responsibilities
- Checking issue and discuss with outlet team to identify if the issues require first-hand involvement
- Conduct surveys multiple outlets to check for any unreported issues and document the actual outlet conditions, including images and layout updates
- Communicate schedule and priority of troubleshoot to user, giving timeline for urgent cases.
- Schedule in house technicians and vendors to resolve troubleshoot tickets and to complete regular maintenance.
- Checking the work from vendor to match the agreed upon SOW and compile the report for easy access
- Take turn to standby on weekend to see if there is urgent tickets to address.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling kitchen maintenance
- Demonstrate a deep comprehension of MEP installation and kitchen equipment
- Able to deal with technicians
- Able to adapt to changing work situation and fast pace environment
- Resourceful in problem solving
