Service Engineer – Laser Alignment.
Responsibilities- Travel to client locations to perform on-site maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure that all work performed on-site is of high quality and meets client expectations.
- Diagnose issues with diesel engines using specialized tools and techniques.
- Identify the root cause of engine problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Conduct repairs on engines, including the replacement of faulty components and parts.
- Overhaul engines by disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and reassembling them to restore optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and other team members.
- Assist in resolving complex technical issues and provide expertise on challenging repairs.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. - Prepare detailed service reports that document the work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
- Communicate with clients to understand their engine-related issues and provide technical advice.
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies related to safety and environmental standards.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with other service engineers, technicians, and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
