Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of various medical equipment installed in the designated area, ensuring proper functioning and troubleshooting as needed
- Perform installations of medical equipment when certified and required
- Support the sales team by gathering detailed information on the installed base and monitoring customer satisfaction
- Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations for clients to ensure optimal use of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Male, max. 35 years old with good professional appearance
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electromedic, Electronics, or Instrumentation (having an STR is an advantage)
- Strong practical knowledge in electrical and electronic systems, including the ability to analyze wiring diagrams and circuits
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex medical equipment
