Tinting Technical Support Officer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support (Machine) who is skilled in providing technical assistance and maintenance for machines in the Jakarta area
.

In this role, you will be responsible for visiting retail stores to install tinting machines, educating store owners, and ensuring that all machines in Kudus and the surrounding areas are functioning properly.

A qualified Technical Support professional should have a solid understanding of basic electrical troubleshooting and good communication skills to maintain strong relationships with store owners and customers.

• Install machines in retail stores
• Perform regular maintenance on customer machines
• Handle customer complaints related to tinting machines and supporting devices
• Adjust machines according to company requirements
• Remove/retrieve machines from retail stores when necessary
• Provide training to sales staff on how to operate the machines

• Minimum education:
  
  Associate’s Degree (D3) - (Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering)
• At least 1 year of experience as a technician or in a Technical Support role (preferred)
• Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM
  
  C) and willing to travel extensively within the Kudus area
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and computer operation
• Applicants must not be color blind
