National Facilities Lead Store Network

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of over 1,000 coffee stores across Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, especially in multi-site environments, and proven vendor management expertise.

This role requires leadership skills to manage and upskill regional supervisors while ensuring compliance with local regulations and operational excellence. You will work closely with external vendors to oversee maintenance activities and ensure a high standard of service.
