Facility Coordinator - Jakarta Job Description Summary

Support the day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for a leading multinational corporate office in Jakarta. Acting as the primary on-site facilities representative, this role is responsible for coordinating workplace services, vendor management, building maintenance, and operational support to ensure a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained workplace environment.

About the Role
  • Coordinate the day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, workplace services, cleaning, security, and office support activities, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
  • Respond promptly to facilities‑related requests, coordinating with building management and service vendors to resolve maintenance issues, workplace concerns, and operational requests in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Manage facilities administration including work orders, purchase orders, invoice verification, vendor coordination, contract administration, service tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Monitor workplace presentation, office assets, meeting rooms, pantry supplies, common areas, and preventive maintenance activities to maintain a safe, functional, and professional working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, and service providers while supporting workplace initiatives, compliance activities, and continuous improvement of facilities services.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management, General Affairs, Workplace Services, Office Operations, or Corporate Facilities.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance activities, workplace operations, and facilities administration within a corporate office environment.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CMMS, work order, or purchase order systems is an advantage.
