We are seeking an experienced Manager Maintenance (FnB Prefered) to join our team at our Pal Merah Jakarta location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in ensuring the seamless operation of our food and beverage facilities. As Manager Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading a team to deliver exceptional operational support.

This role is vital to maintaining our facilities' integrity, maximise equipment uptime, and supporting our business objectives through proactive and preventative maintenance management.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all preventative and corrective maintenance activities across food and beverage facilities

Manage and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, performance management, and professional development

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations specific to food and beverage operations

Monitor equipment performance, identify maintenance needs, and implement timely repairs to minimise operational downtime

Develop and manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and compliance documentation

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalates

Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialist maintenance and repairs as required

Implement and maintain a robust preventative maintenance programme to maximise equipment lifespan

Report on maintenance metrics, KPIs, and operational performance to senior management

Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry. including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and leading operational improvements

Strong knowledge of food and beverage equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen facilities

Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO standards)

Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance planning, budgeting, and resource management

Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation

Leadership capabilities with experience in team motivation and staff development

K3, Electrical (SLO/Ahli K3 Umum), or Food Grade Equipment certification is an advantage)

Proficiency with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Indonesian language proficiency is essential;
English language skills are advantageous

Relevant technical qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or facility management (preferred)
