In this unique, fully remote position, you will be responsible for the remote monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of complex industrial machinery and systems. You will leverage advanced diagnostic tools and software to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for our clients' operations across various industries.

This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of equipment, providing expert technical support from a remote location, and contributing to innovative solutions in industrial maintenance.

• Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot issues with industrial equipment using specialized software and diagnostic tools.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and implement proactive maintenance strategies to prevent failures.
• Provide remote technical support and guidance to on‑site maintenance teams and plant operators.
• Document all diagnostic findings, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the company's CMMS.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify root causes of recurring equipment problems and suggest design improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest industrial technologies and remote diagnostic techniques.

• Proven experience as an Industrial Technician, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on remote diagnostics.
• Proficiency with SCADA
  , PLC systems, and various industrial automation software.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems found in industrial settings.
• Ability to interpret complex technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
