Operation Lead

Responsibilities:

• Implement and ensure health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards to guarantee people safety within the assigned province(s).
• Lead and manage daily operations, including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile within the assigned province(s).
• Ensure the operations team adheres to the company's SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
• Achieve KPI targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Coach and develop team members following company learning and development guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• 10+ years of experience in Xpress Company or logistics companies, managing multiple provinces/regions.
• Skills in general management, transport operations, projects, people, finance, and community management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  Kaizen and Lean experience are advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style, capable of providing operational solutions on the floor.
• Experience with Transport/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS).
• Willingness to travel and be based in Jakarta.
