Production Manager

Pizza 4P’s Indonesia is seeking a Production Manager to oversee and manage the manufacturing operations of our semi-food production, ensuring high-quality ingredients and products that align with our brand’s philosophy of delivering “Wow, Happy” experiences.

This role requires strong leadership in food production, quality control, and operational efficiency, working closely with local partners and suppliers to establish a sustainable, efficient, and high-quality production process.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Production & Operations Management

Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Develop and implement standardized production processes that align with Pizza 4P’s quality standards.
Manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Work closely with the R&D and culinary teams to ensure that ingredients and semi-food products meet our culinary and brand standards.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all production processes adhere to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold the high standards of Pizza 4P’s.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and overall product quality.
• Lead and train production staff, fostering a strong craftsmanship mindset.
• Promote a collaborative and quality-driven team culture, ensuring all staff understand and embrace the Pizza 4P’s brand philosophy.
• Monitor and manage equipment maintenance to ensure production continuity and efficiency.

ARE YOU A "FIT"?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing management, preferably in F&B or artisanal food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experience working with semi-food manufacturing or food processing.
• Ability to streamline production processes and optimize costs while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
