Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, packaging materials, office‑related services, CAPEX and MRO items, logistics, and third‑party (3P) services.
• Conduct sourcing activities based on end‑user requirements.
• Prepare and manage import documentation, including PI, SKI BPOM, LS, Halal certificates, and other regulatory requirements; ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations, especially for food‑related products.
• Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with vendors and logistics partners.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support procurement reporting, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including QA, warehouse, supply chain, planning, etc.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian import procedures and documentation for food ingredients.
• Experience working with forwarders and customs brokers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
