Our client is a multinational manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor
.

• Manage all operational activities of the raw material and finished goods warehouse (receiving, storing, preparation, and shipment of goods).
• Implement and monitor the ERP / Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure stock management accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize and maintain materials and products according to Good Storage Practice (GSP) standards, FIFO/FEFO, and workplace safety.
• Perform inventory control and periodic stock-taking to maintain accurate stock data.
• Arrange and supervise import and export processes, including document checks and coordination with customs and logistics partners.
• Guide and supervise the warehouse team to ensure productivity, discipline, and achievement of targets.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, and QA/QC departments to ensure smooth material flow and product delivery.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Min. Conversational English proficiency
• Min. 3 years as Warehouse Senior Staff in a manufacturing Chinese company
• Strong organizational, good communication, able to work with minimum supervision, and problem-solving skills
