As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced professionals to join us as Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Specialist responsible for ensuring that approved SOPs, production workflows, and quality controls are implemented and sustained consistently on the shopfloor.

This role works across PPIC, Production, QC, Warehouse, and Delivery together with Internal Teams and/or consultant to identify gaps between planning and execution, drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support a culture of continuous improvement in line with ISO 9001, FSC
22000 and other related management system standards

• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are applied consistently in daily operations
• Monitor process conformity and operational discipline across departments
• Identify inefficiencies, process gaps, and recurring operational issues
• Support standardization of work methods and production controls
• Lead and support improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost, and delivery
• Apply structured improvement methods (PDCA, Kaizen, basic Lean tools)
• Track improvement actions and verify effectiveness

• Coordinate root cause analysis for production issues, rejects, and delays
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed properly
• Escalate unresolved or systemic issues to management

• Prepare clear, factual, and structured reports for management review
• Provide operational insights to support data‑based decision making

• Support/coordinate training for supervisors and operators related to SOPs and standards
• Encourage continuous improvement mindset on the shopfloor

• Education (Preferred): Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical background
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or operations environments (printing, packaging, FMCG, or similar industries)
• Hands‑on experience in: SOP and work instruction development, manufacturing process improvement, operational efficiency and productivity improvement, training and aligning production teams

• SOP & Work Instruction writing
• Process mapping and standardization
• Root cause analysis & CAPA
• Continuous improvement tools (Lean basics, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA)
• Understanding of ISO 9001, FSC
  22000 or other related certifications
• Strong shopfloor coordination and follow‑up discipline
• Clear documentation and reporting skills

Strong management, operations, and process improvement capability is the priority for this role.

• ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / FSC
  22000 / Halal / related certification or internal audit experience
• Exposure to Operational Excellence or Manufacturing Excellence programs

• System‑driven and objective
• Hands‑on and comfortable on the shopfloor
• Disciplined in follow‑up and closure
• Focused on prevention, not firefighting
• Able to work across departments and levels
