Job Description
To support the dimsum kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation and production of dimsum items efficiently and consistently, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction in line with company standards.
Requirements- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- At least 5 year of experience in a Chinese dimsum preparation.
- Familiar with basic dimsum production techniques (e.g. steaming, folding, shaping).
- Able to lead a small team, delegate tasks, and maintain high productivity during peak hours.
- Capable of training junior staff on dimsum production methods.
- Good communication, discipline, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and good sense of taste/texture.
- Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be place in Jabodetabek.
