Procurement Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for direct materials, including raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
• Handle the purchasing process for marketing materials, including Point of Sales Materials (POSM).
• Coordinate and manage transportation procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Oversee OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) procurement processes, including supplier coordination, quotation evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain effective relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related function.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in handling OEM procurement projects will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP (SAP).
• FMCG or Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Willing to be placed at the Head Office in South Jakarta.
