Summary
Managing the Production operations activities at Pulogadung Plant and all aspects of Maintenance activities at Pulogadung Plant.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Ensure that all SAP PM reviews are updated based on schedule.
- Implement Continuous Improvement projects.
- Ensure that all production machinery, accessories, and tank farms are in proper condition and calibrated according to the production planning schedule.
- Implement a proper preventive maintenance strategy to reduce breakdown times in production machinery and tank farms.
- Ensure that all equipment in Plant Pulogadung is always calibrated.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a cost‑effective, SHE and quality‑compliant manner.
- Plan and maintain spare parts for machinery and utilities.
- Ensure that critical spare parts are available when needed, without neglecting inventory levels in the spare parts warehouse.
- Control the inventory level of the spare parts warehouse.
- Perform additional tasks and projects of JHHP.
- Ensure that all production KPIs are achieved in accordance with SCJ standards for SHE, Quality, Halal regulations, CPPKRTB, and ISO system.
- Communicate, coach, and lead employees in company regulations to ensure adherence to JHHP internal/external regulation, such as CLA, SHE, and company policies.
- Communicate, coach, and lead direct subordinates in PMP, Individual Development Plans, and Training Programs to unleash their potential and ensure high performance.
- Strengthen departmental bench strength by ensuring succession plan implementation.
- Create and continuously emphasize a working culture that lives the Success Drivers.
- University degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing area, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Familiarity with engineering standards and codes.
- Knowledge of maintenance and spare parts management.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven improvement track record.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Result oriented with a strong base for action and delivery against a plan.
- Permanent – full time job.
