Senior ERP Consultant – Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Consultant specializing in Manufacturing to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, optimize production processes, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client business needs. This role requires strong functional knowledge of manufacturing operations and hands‑on ERP system expertise.

• Lead full‑cycle ERP implementation projects (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, go‑live, and support)
• Analyze manufacturing business processes including:
  • Production Planning (MRP)
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Routing & Work Centers
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Procurement & Supply Chain
• Translate business requirements into ERP system solutions and configurations
• Provide expert advice on process optimization and digital transformation in manufacturing
• Manage client expectations and act as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycle
• Conduct system testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end users
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and data migration
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues post‑implementation
• Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting with focus on manufacturing modules
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete / process manufacturing)
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Oracle Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar
• Proven experience in at least 2–3 full‑cycle ERP implementations
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience in data migration, integration, and reporting tools is a plus
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage if required)
