- Produksi gambar untuk Konseptual & Skematik Diagram. Hal ini termasuk Single Line Skematik, semua sistem MEP, Isometrik, Schedule Peralatan, dan Detail Gambar.
- Produksi gambar untuk progress DD 50%. Koordinasi dengan Supervisor Design Mechanikal & Electrical.
- Produksi gambar untuk progress DD 100%, keseluruhan item MEP, berikut kelengkapan detail Drawing dan schedule equipment nya. Koordinasi dengan Supervisor Design Mechanikal & Electrical.
- Produksi gambar progress For Tender, untuk keperluan pelaksanaan Tender Pekerjaan.
- Produksi gambar Shop Drawing (Gambar Kerja), bila diperlukan (hanya bila pekerjaan Konstruksi dilakukan secara In-House juga).
- Usia maksimal 32 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro (terbuka bagi yang sedang melanjutkan kuliah dan tidak mengganggu jam operasional perusahaan)
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-6 th sebagai Drafter MEP di Konsultan/Kontraktor/Developer
- Terbiasa handle gambar kerja dari proyek high rise building dari tahap perencanaan
