About The Role
As a Management Trainee for Diamond Jewelry (Factory) at PT Central Mega Kencana, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to groom you for future leadership roles within the company's manufacturing operations. This full-time position is based in our facility in East Jakarta.
What You'll Be Doing- Participate in rotational assignments across key departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of our manufacturing processes
- Work closely with experienced managers to learn best practices in production planning, quality control, and supply chain management
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles
- Engage in data analysis to identify optimisation opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of high-quality diamond jewelry
- Receive mentorship and coaching to develop your leadership and decision-making skills
